Counter breaks after pausing, switching to other app and later trying to continue meditating #29

after switching to an other app while meditating: when continuing timer sometimes clock doesn't count furter. still the time seems to runn in background: stoping works (shows: "hold to abort") and saving the time afterwards saves correct total of time, altough counter was reset to start new session-screen.
