Have an option to switch the display of 'time' between 12 and 24 hour clock format #80

All times in Mediation Assistant are shown in 12 hour clock format. As this might make sense for some people, other people (like me) prefer the 24 hour clock format. It would be great there was an option to switch between 12 and 24 hour format.
This format should change all displayed times (duration End at, Edit session, Sessions, etc)
