Hello, I am receiving the error

Directory 'inc/flatfile' can not be written to. Please modify its permissions.

here is my directory list

 drwxrw-rw- 5 root root  4096 Jun 21 23:37 inc
 drwxrwxrwx 2 root root  4096 Jun 21 23:36 flatfile
 -rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 25096 Jun  8 05:23 flatfile.php
 -rwxrwxrwx 1 root root  3385 Jun  8 05:23 flatfile_utils.php

It appears that they are writable however i cannot get passed this screen.

changed the description

chmod 777 inc fixed it
